Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in corporate insurance sales or B2B business development.
• Proven ability to secure large corporate accounts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Extensive network in Rustenburg area.
• Bachelor's degree (B.Com) or MBA preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for corporate insurance in Rustenburg, North West. Identify and prospect new corporate clients, including large enterprises and SMEs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and provide customized insurance solutions and proposals.
• Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets for new business acquisition.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and product development teams to ensure seamless client service.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the corporate insurance landscape.
