Job summary

Netstar is seeking a Corporate Customer Care Agent to join our Operations team in Midrand. You will provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders and corporate/fleet customers by handling queries via phone and email, ensuring accurate information and timely updates.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to high customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 required or equivalent.
• Tertiary qualification in Customer Service or Business Administration advantageous.
• 1-2 years in customer service, customer support, or call centre environment.
• Experience with telephonic and email interactions in a corporate/fleet context is useful.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt assistance with general and complex corporate/fleet queries.
• Monitor fleet and unit health to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Maintain service standards per policies, procedures and compliance.
• Own customer queries and drive resolution through to completion.
• Escalate unresolved matters through the proper channels and update customers.
