Job summary

Profile Personnel is seeking a Customer Relations Officer to engage with customers, analyze data, and collaborate with internal teams to boost customer satisfaction and business performance. The role focuses on managing customer relationships, presenting fleet data, and supporting telematics systems to drive loyalty and growth.

You will work across departments to resolve queries, identify new opportunities, and uphold exceptional service standards while maintaining strong client portfolios.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM or customer-facing role
• Diploma/Certificate in business or customer service
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM/ERP/telematics/web-based platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical reporting ability
• Highly organized with good time management and problem-solving
• Professional, customer-focused across departments
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with allocated customers.
• Present fleet performance data and insights.
• Support customers in using telematics and web-based systems.
• Coordinate queries and ensure timely resolution across departments.
• Assist Sales and Aftermarket with fleet evaluations and marketing initiatives.
• Identify new sales opportunities and grow loyalty and market share.
• Promote exceptional customer service and continuous improvement.
