Responsabilidades

• Liaise with nominated shipping lines, including booking cargo.
• Execute planned loading of export contracts with service providers.
• Execute instructions to the clearing agent.
• Draft export documentation accurately, check documentation and forward export draft documents to customers for final approval.
• Submit LC/CAD documents to the bank within required KPIs.
• Maintain continuous professional communication with international clientele regarding contract status updates and shipment details.
• Monitor the delivery and return status of containers.
• Maintain continuous communication with service providers.
• Manage export documentation for all contracts.

Purpose of the Role
