Job summary

Virtustant is seeking a Content Growth Marketer to own organic visibility for clients, turning search and AI data into content strategies and actionable briefs. You will guide writers, optimize content, and report growth across campaigns.

You’ll work with an agency-focused team to drive organic traffic, rankings, and conversions for devtools and B2B SaaS clients, with a remote, full-time role and US/EU overlap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in content marketing with SEO focus.
• Plan and run content programs from strategy to distribution.
• Proven growth of organic traffic with rankings and conversions.
• Understand AI answer engines and how sources are chosen.
• Experience with SEO tools and developer tool evaluation.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C2).
• Ability to write sharp briefs and provide editorial feedback.
• Clear communication with clients and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Our clients need developers to find them when they search on Google and when they ask AI tools for help. We are hiring a content growth marketer to own this visibility for clients. You will turn search and AI answer data into content strategies. You will guide writers to execute these strategies. You will also show clients the growth this drives.

Responsibilities Of The Role

• Own the organic content strategy for clients, from research to publishing and reporting.
• Build SEO and AEO plans to help clients rank in search results and get cited in AI answers.
• Run keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits.
• Write clear content briefs for technical writers and review drafts.
• Optimize existing content by updating, restructuring, and linking it.
• Track rankings, traffic, AI citations, and conversions.
• Turn data into reports and recommendations for clients.
• Manage client relationships day to day.
• Work closely with content, distribution, and growth teams.

Required Experience And Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in content marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and organic growth.
• Experience planning and running content marketing programs from strategy through distribution.
• Proven ability to grow organic traffic, with examples of rankings, traffic, and conversions driven.
• Understanding of AEO and how AI answer engines choose sources.
• Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of how developers search for and evaluate tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C2 level).
• Ability to write sharp content briefs and give useful editorial feedback on technical content.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage several accounts and deadlines without issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience at an agency or inside a B2B SaaS or devtools company.
• Agency experience is a strong plus.
