Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking an Audience Growth Specialist to manage and optimize digital distribution across social media and organic search. The role focuses on growing reach, engagement, website traffic and organic visibility rather than content creation.

You will publish across major platforms, maintain calendars, optimize posts, monitor engagement, and drive SEO health with hands-on tooling.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in social media, SEO, digital marketing, or audience growth.
• Proven experience growing owned digital channels.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and engagement.
• Hands-on SEO with Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar.
• Experience with website CMS platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and SEO tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions.

• Execute technical and on-page SEO, including keyword research, metadata, internal linking, image optimization, and structured content.
• Monitor website SEO health, indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and search rankings.
