Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, construction industry preferred.
• Proven ability to source and engage candidates for PMs, site engineers, QS and trades.
• Understanding of construction lifecycle and staffing needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with recruitment databases and ATS.
• Strong network within the Western Cape construction sector is a plus.
