You will help with planning, scheduling, documentation, and communication, working closely with Site Managers and Project Managers to keep projects running smoothly.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering, has strong organizational and communication skills, and is proficient in MS Office

About the Role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to support our project management team in East London . This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our construction sites, assisting with planning, scheduling, documentation, and communication. You will work closely with Site Managers and Project Managers to facilitate the efficient execution of projects. Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Site Managers in the planning and execution of construction projects.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules and tracking progress against milestones.
• Help manage site logistics and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders to resolve issues and facilitate collaboration.
• Support the procurement process and vendor management.
• Prepare meeting minutes and distribute project updates.
• Ensure all project activities are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role within the construction industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with construction terminology and processes.
