Requirements

• National Diploma or relevant Trade Qualification in a construction-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman, with a strong focus on heavy industrial construction.
• Proven experience in overseeing complex industrial projects (e.g., manufacturing plants, processing facilities).
• Solid understanding of industrial construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and construction documents.
• Strong communication skills for effective site coordination.
• Familiarity with project scheduling and progress tracking.
