Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' construction planning and scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specs.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse project teams in Bloemfontein.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master schedules for complex projects using planning software.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers for schedule data.
• Identify critical path, bottlenecks, and risks impacting timelines in Bloemfontein.
