Placements24 is seeking a Senior Construction Planner for an on-site role in Mahikeng, North West. You will develop and manage detailed construction schedules for major infrastructure projects, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in CM or Engineering and 8+ years’ experience in planning, with strong expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project, sequencing, and risk mitigation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction planning and scheduling on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and interdependencies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop master schedules and detailed construction plans using Primavera P6, MS Project or similar tools.
• Define milestones, critical path activities, and resource requirements with project teams.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and risks, and implement recovery strategies.
• Prepare progress reports, look-ahead plans, and schedule updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely resource delivery and alignment with the plan.
