• Site Establishment and setup
• Resources planning and allocation
• Cost control: actual vs planned
• Manage and execute Job Instructions
• Achieve monthly certificate targets
• Prepare monthly payment certificates
• Familiar with ITIS systems
• Weekly planning and site staff meetings
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications
• Oversee labour production and monthly wages
• Oversee site administration
• Liaise with client and client representative
• Manage subcontractors
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Attend site meetings to monitor progress
• Handle ad hoc site management tasks

Duties & Responsibilities

• Site Establishment
• Resources planning and allocation
• Cost control: Actual vs planned
• Management and execution of Job Instructions
• Achieving monthly certificate targets
• Compiling monthly payment certificates
• Knowledgeable of ITIS
• Weekly planning, including technical meetings with site staff
• Manage Stakeholder expectations and communication control
• Management of labour production, Overseeing monthly labour wages
• Oversee site administration
• Liaison with Client / Client Representative
• Management of Sub-Contractors
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety
• Attending Site Meetings to monitor progress
• Any additional ad hoc site management functions.
