RPO Recruitment client seeks highly qualified Site Agents for civil construction and roads projects in South Africa. The role focuses on on-site leadership, safety, quality, and timely delivery of earthworks and roadworks.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage contract administration across GCC, FIDIC, NEC and JBCC, and ensure compliance with COLTO and SANS specs. A BSc/BEng/BTech/NDip in Civil Engineering and 10+ years of experience are required, with a valid Code B license and

Qualificações

• BSc/BEng/BTech/NDip in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in civil works and roads.
• Extensive roads projects experience: construction, rehabilitation, maintenance.
• Experience in bulk earthworks and cut-to-fill operations.
• Proven track record managing roads and civil infrastructure sites.
• Knowledge of pavement design, earthworks principles, and drainage systems.
• Contract administration experience.
• Experience with GCC, FIDIC, NEC, JBCC contracts.
• Understanding COLTO and SANS specs for roads projects.
• Valid driver's license (Code B) and own reliable transport.

Requirements:

• BSc/BEng/BTech/ NDip in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in civil works and roads construction
• Extensive background in roads projects (construction, rehabilitation, maintenance)
• Solid experience in bulk earthworks and cut-to-fill operations
• Track record of successfully managing roads and civil infrastructure sites
• Knowledge of pavement design, earthworks principles, and drainage systems
• Contract administration experience
• Experience with various contract forms (GCC, FIDIC, NEC, JBCC)
• Understanding of COLTO and SANS specifications for roads projects
• Valid driver's license (Code B minimum)
• Own reliable transport
