BCB Solutions is seeking a Construction Manager / Routine Road Maintenance (RRM) Site Agent for current and future SANRAL projects across South Africa. The role focuses on site establishment, resource planning, cost control, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

The position requires strong on-site leadership, safety compliance, and ability to manage multiple site activities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Site Establishment and setup
• Resources planning and allocation
• Cost control: actual vs planned
• Manage and execute Job Instructions
• Achieve monthly certificate targets
• Prepare monthly payment certificates
• Familiar with ITIS systems
• Weekly planning and site staff meetings
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications
• Oversee labour production and monthly wages
• Oversee site administration
• Liaise with client and client representative
• Manage subcontractors
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Attend site meetings to monitor progress
• Handle ad hoc site management tasks
