Responsibilities

• Assist the complaints administrative process and resolution thereof.
• Understand the departments’ policies to facilitate investigations within timelines.
• Understand the end-to-end delivery process to investigate and resolve logistic escalations and provide feedback.
• Liaise with Fulfilment branches, DCs, Supply Chain and team leads to drive resolution.
• Liaise with customer service to obtain further information for investigation resolution.
• Build and maintain sustainable stakeholder relationships.
• Provide general organising and administrative support.
• Perform other related duties as required.
