Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Familiarity with GA/BI tools is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

N6 / NCV in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field

  • Familiarity with Google Sheets and Looker or similar BI tools (advantageous).

Key responsibilities:
  • Support Business Development Admins (BDAs) with day-to-day administrative tasks, seller correspondence, and account management activities.
  • Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate sales performance, seller metrics, and marketplace insights to stakeholders.
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret sales, seller, and marketplace data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in maintaining seller records, onboarding documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor seller performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in identifying improvement opportunities and corrective actions.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Catalogue, and Customer Experience.
  • Support the coordination and administration of promotional activities, deal submissions, and catalogue updates.
  • Participate in problem-solving initiatives by identifying root causes, proposing practical solutions, and supporting implementation.
  • Assist with seller onboarding support, listing quality checks, and ensuring data integrity across marketplace systems.

This is an 18-month contract
