Qualifikationen

• Qualification in Health and Social Care, or equivalent experience, preferred.
• Experience in caregiving or support role is advantageous.
• Understanding of safeguarding principles and confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care and support with daily living activities.
• Assist with medication reminders and basic health support as per care plans.
• Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and social activities.
• Offer emotional support, companionship, and a listening ear.
• Monitor client well-being and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of services and progress.
