Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience working with families in a support or counseling capacity.
• Strong understanding of child development, family systems, and crisis intervention.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse families.

Responsibilities
