Qualifications

• Experience with vulnerable populations.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clear criminal record and commitment to ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to vulnerable adults in daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
• Conduct regular assessments and develop personalized support plans with clients and families.
• Facilitate access to community resources (healthcare, housing, employment services).
• Offer emotional support and counseling in a non-judgmental space.
• Document interventions and maintain confidential records per policies and data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Organize community activities and support groups to foster inclusion.
• Advocate for clients to ensure rights are met by service providers.
• Respond to emergencies with promptness and appropriate protocols.
