Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project support or coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and community development principles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and development of project proposals and work plans.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely execution and milestones.
• Monitor progress, expenditures, and risks; implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, partners, and beneficiaries in Paarl.
• Prepare regular project progress reports detailing achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
• Support meetings, workshops, and community consultations.
