Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Capacity Building Facilitator for a contract role in South Africa. The hybrid position involves designing and delivering tailored training to community groups, with travel across Limpopo and remote planning.

The role focuses on organizational development, leadership, and sustainability to empower local initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring adult-learning expertise, strong facilitation skills, and a proactive, results-oriented approach to support

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in the relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as trainer, facilitator, or consultant in capacity building for non-profits.
Proven ability to design and deliver training for adults.
Strong knowledge of organizational development and project management.

Responsibilities

Design and develop capacity-building programs and training modules.
Deliver interactive workshops on organizational management, financial literacy, and leadership.
Provide one-on-one coaching to leaders and staff.
Assess needs and tailor interventions.
Facilitate group discussions and strategic planning.
Develop training materials and resources.
Monitor outcomes and report on impact.
Foster collaborative learning environment.
Stay updated on best practices in capacity building.
