Qualifications

• A relevant degree or diploma in Community Development, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in community facilitation, training, or program delivery.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering engaging learning programs for diverse audiences.
• Excellent group facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of community dynamics and development principles.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide individuals and groups.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with educational materials development.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for community empowerment and sustainable development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging workshops and training sessions for community members.
• Facilitate group activities and discussions, promoting active participation and learning.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to individuals and groups to support their development goals.
• Collaborate with community leaders and organizations to identify program needs and opportunities.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of community programs.
