Qualifications

Proven experience in facilitating training and capacity building programs, preferably in the non-profit sector.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and participatory facilitation methods.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess needs and tailor training content accordingly.
Familiarity with the Upington community.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Education, Development Studies) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Assess the capacity building needs of community organizations and individuals.
Design and develop engaging training materials and workshop curricula.
