Job summary

FNB in Upington is seeking a Customer Advisor on a 12-month hourly contract within the POP network. You will deliver excellent service, proactively understanding customer needs, and guiding them to the most suitable service channels, including eChannels and self-service.

You will build relationships, educate customers on banking platforms, and identify sales opportunities while ensuring compliance and accurate processes in a fast-paced environment.
