Placements24 is seeking an ambitious Commercial Real Estate Broker to join our Upington team in the Northern Cape. You will facilitate leasing and sales of office, retail, and industrial properties, build relationships with owners and tenants, conduct tours, and negotiate lease and sale agreements.

• Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) from the EAAB required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage or sales.
• Proven track record of successful leasing and/or sales transactions in commercial property.
• In-depth knowledge of the Northern Cape market and property values.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

About the Role

Our client, a leading commercial real estate services firm, is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Commercial Real Estate Broker to join their established team in Upington, Northern Cape . This role focuses on facilitating the leasing and sales of commercial properties, including office, retail, and industrial spaces. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners and potential tenants or buyers, conducting property tours, negotiating lease/sale agreements, and providing expert market advice. The ideal candidate possesses excellent sales acumen, a deep understanding of commercial real estate principles, and a proven ability to generate and close deals. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) from the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage or sales.
• Proven track record of successful leasing and/or sales transactions in commercial property.
• In-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market, particularly within the Northern Cape region.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding of lease and sales contract principles.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
