Ergasia Placements is recruiting an experienced Collections Agent – Credit Card Late Stage for a major financial services organisation in Pretoria East. The role focuses on late-stage personal credit card collections and engaging debtors to secure payment arrangements.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years’ recent Standard Bank credit card collections experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and familiarity with Excalibur.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ recent Standard Bank personal Credit Card Collections experience.

• Strong understanding of the banking/financial services environment and legal collections process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Ergasia Placements is recruiting an experienced Collections Agent – Credit Card Late Stage on behalf of a reputable organisation within the legal and financial services environment.
We are specifically looking for candidates with recent personal credit card collections experience within a major banking environment. The successful candidate must be confident dealing with difficult debtors, negotiating payment arrangements and working within a high-pressure collections environment.

Minimum Requirements

• 3–5 years’ recent Standard Bank personal Credit Card Collections experience.
• Experience working on Excalibur, preferably Excalibur 4.
• Good understanding of the banking and/or financial services environment.
• Familiarity with the legal collections process.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and active listening skills.
• Ability to remain professional, tactful and patient when dealing with difficult debtors.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
