Salt, a residential property developer on KwaZulu-Natal’s North Coast, is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to join its in-house sales team. Based in Ballito, you’ll handle live inbound leads from home buyers and investors, guiding them from enquiry to signed sale.

You’ll present developments and pricing clearly, host show-unit viewings, and close deals while maintaining an up-to-date CRM and reporting on pipeline activity. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience essential.
• Understanding of property development recommended.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Energetic, driven in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to and follow up on live leads quickly and consistently.
• Understand buyers’ or investors’ needs and match them to the right units.
• Present developments, pricing and investment offering clearly.
• Host show-unit and site viewings, including weekends.
• Closing sales and taking buyers from reservation through to signed offer to purchase.
• Keeping the CRM up to date and reporting on pipeline and sales activity.
