Responsibilities

• Customer journey: ensure customer service standards and handle service requests.
• People management: assist store manager with staff recruitment, development and performance.
• Daily operations/stock management: opening/closing, stock checks, pricing, banking, reconciliations.
• Sales/promotions: drive sales, execute promotions, manage markdowns.
