Formación

• Grade 12 / Matric is essential.
• 2-3 years retail clothing experience in a senior management role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial and operational understanding of retail store performance.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure outstanding customer service and brand experience.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes.
• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing store profitability, leading and developing store teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experience across all operational areas.

This is a senior leadership role requiring strong retail management experience, commercial awareness, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
