Job summary

A busy clothing retail business in Welkom is seeking a dynamic Store Manager with a strong personality and proven leadership skills to oversee operations and manage a variety of tasks.

You will manage staff, stock, merchandising, and store presentation while maintaining records in Excel and other computer systems, and ensuring service and sales targets are met.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00 and Saturdays 08:00–15:00, with a salary of R20 000–R25 000 per month.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the clothing retail industry (management experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and strong overall computer skills
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
• Manage orders, stock control, merchandising and store presentation
• Maintain and update records using Excel and other computer systems
