Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a qualified pharmacist to lead the dispensary and pharmacy team, ensuring high standards of pharmaceutical care and compliance with SAPC regulations. The role includes managing stock, staff scheduling, and delivering excellent customer service within a clinic-pharmacy integrated environment.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years post-Community Service experience, 1 year of people management, and be registered as Responsible Pharmacist with SAPC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience post community service year.
• Minimum 1 year people management experience.
• Registration as Responsible Pharmacist with SAPC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the pharmacy team to deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care.
• Manage operational activities of the dispensary including stock control, shrinkage and compliance.
• Ensure financial viability through sound cost management and budget adherence.
• Schedule staff in line with labour policy and maintain weekly time and attendance records.
• Drive customer service initiatives to improve patient experience and loyalty, including club card participation targets.
• Foster integration with the clinic to offer a full healthcare offering to customers.
• Support the group’s vision by living company values and driving cohesion between store operation, pharmacy and clinic teams.
