You will develop talent, schedule staff, and drive customer service initiatives while ensuring seamless collaboration with the clinic for integrated healthcare offerings.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with SAPC.
• Essential: 2 years’ experience post community service year.
• Essential: 1 year of people management experience.
• Essential: Registration as Responsible Pharmacist with SAPC.
• Knowledge of SAPC regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the pharmacy team to deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care.
• Oversee safe and accurate dispensing, including generic substitution and SAPC alignment.
• Efficiently manage dispensary operations, stock, shrinkage and housekeeping.
• Ensure financial viability through core targets and expense management.
• Schedule staff and maintain attendance records in line with policies.
• Drive customer service initiatives to enhance loyalty and club card participation.
• Collaborate with clinic to provide integrated healthcare services.
• Foster a high-performing culture aligning with company values and strategy.
