Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a Pharmacist in charge to lead the dispensary and clinic teams, ensuring high standards of pharmaceutical care and safe dispensing within SAPC guidelines. You will manage stock, staff scheduling, and customer service initiatives while driving financial and service targets across the dispensary.

You will partner with the clinic to provide integrated healthcare services and uphold the company's values in a fast-paced retail health and beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Essential: Registered Pharmacist with SAPC and SAPC regulatory knowledge.
• Ethical practice and compliance with SAPC standards.
• Knowledge of stock, cost, risk and compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the pharmacy team to deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care.
• Oversee safe and accurate dispensing and stock management.
• Manage operational activities of the dispensary including cost control and compliance.
• Schedule staff and ensure time and attendance records are maintained.
• Drive customer service initiatives and club card participation targets.
• Collaborate with clinic to offer integrated healthcare services.
• Foster a high performing culture aligning with brand values.
