Qualifications

• Experience in Client Support/Customer Service/Helpdesk is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Diagnose and resolve client issues related to products, services, and accounts.
