Job summary

Initiate in Cape Town seeks an Account Executive to provide commercial, contractual and administrative support to the Business Development team. The role focuses on renewals, documentation management, reporting and cross-department coordination in a fast-paced iGaming environment.

You will maintain records, ensure deadlines are met and support the BD Manager and account management team with accurate data and reliable admin processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Executive or Sales Support or similar coordination role.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track contract renewals across the client portfolio.
• Prepare and follow up on contracts, amendments and related documentation.
• Compile and maintain internal and client reports on commercial performance.
• Gather, consolidate and verify information for reporting.
• Monitor deadlines and highlight upcoming renewals and delays.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Compliance, Product and Technical teams.
