Job summary

Woolworths Financial Services (WFS) is seeking a CLI Agent to join the Cape Town contact centre on a full-time basis. The role focuses on telephony customer interactions and supporting growth targets in line with WFS policies.

Responsibilities include processing credit limit increase requests, delivering high-quality customer service, and maintaining service standards. Minimum 1 year in new business and sales, 1-2 years in a contact centre, Matric, and knowledge of CLI processes preferred.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a Contact Centre environment (Inbound & Outbound).
• Minimum 1 year experience in New Business and Sales.
• Knowledge of CLI or CLI processes.
• Preferably tri-skilled: Credit Card, Loans, Scorecard.
