Job summary

Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Despatch Assistant to execute daily targets in the Despatch Department and support the loading plan. You will ensure load integrity and provide assistance to keep loading operations uninterrupted.

Responsibilities include checking offloaded bread and trays, following the offloading sequence, attending Invocoms, maintaining FIFO, and reporting issues to the offloads supervisor.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years relevant experience in an FMCG environment.
• Proven track record of effective communication with Supervisors and Management.
• Grade 12 with numerical skills.

• Follow pipeline offloading sequence.
• Attend daily Invocoms.
• Ensure a correct stock rotation (FIFO).
• Report back on offloading related matters to offloads supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures (SOPs).

Job Purpose:

To execute full- and on-time daily targets in the Despatch Department and the loading plan. To ensure the integrity of the load is never compromised. To provide assistance that enables the loading process to operate uninterrupted.
