Job summary

Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town is seeking a Production Operator to execute full and on-time daily targets in the Production Department and maintain product integrity throughout the line.

You will work in a fast-paced facility, rotate shifts, uphold hygiene, safety and quality standards, and collaborate with Supervisors and management to improve efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Related Production experience advantageous
• Logical thinker
• 2-3 years relevant experience
• Proven track record of effective communication with Supervisors and Management

Job Purpose

To execute full- and on-time daily targets in the Production Department and the bulk plan. To ensure the integrity of the product is never compromised.

Experience and Qualifications

Working Conditions

This role requires the incumbent to operate in the following environments and manage specific physical or operational demands:

• Required to work rotational shifts, Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays as per shift roster including night shift.
• Must be able to work in hot manufacturing conditions.
