Job summary

JenRecruitment PTY Ltd is supporting a client in the insurance/Gap Cover sector to hire a capable Claims Administrator for their Cape Town team. You will manage the end-to-end claims process, evaluate documentation, ensure SLAs are met, and communicate progress and outcomes with clients.

This role requires Matric, strong administration and client service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team to resolve queries and maintain quality.

Qualifications

• Matric and solid administration experience required.
• Experience in claims is advantageous.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end claims administration process.
• Process and evaluate claims documentation.
• Ensure claims are managed within SLAs.
• Communicate with clients regarding claim progress and outcomes.
• Liaise with third parties to obtain required information.
• Review claims thoroughly and accurately.
• Handle administrative queries and resolve complex issues.
