Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a claims administrator in Johannesburg to support the credit/claims environment. The role requires attention to detail and timely processing of documentation, with a focus on compliance and accurate record-keeping.

The successful candidate will input data into SAP, coordinate with the Claims Coordinator, and manage daily and monthly price claim activities in line with company procedures.

Qualifications

• 1 year relevant experience in a credit/claims environment.
• Proven ability to follow procedures and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive claims documentation in a compliant and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and Company standards to maintain effective administration of the claims process.
• Administer all paperwork as per defined procedures.
• Maintain timely input to SAP and ensure accurate claim transaction records.
• Work in conjunction with the Claims Coordinator to action valid deals on the prepared pricing cover sheet and return to the Credit Supervisor.
• Process pricing claims and credits on a daily basis.
• Process all price claims on a monthly basis.
• Administer all paperwork relating to departments journals.
