Placements24 is seeking an experienced Claims Manager in Upington, Northern Cape, SA. The role leads a claims assessment team, overseeing end-to-end processing, settlement, and performance management. The hybrid model supports in-office leadership with remote planning and admin tasks.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in claims leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
