Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in claims management within the insurance industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing staff.
• In-depth knowledge of various insurance lines, claims investigation, and resolution strategies.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks governing insurance claims in South Africa.
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; relevant professional qualifications are a strong asset.
