Pro Talent in Westville, Durban is seeking a qualified Claims Handler to join their boutique insurance brokerage. This onsite role offers a salary of R35,000 – R40,000 CTC per month and a supportive team culture designed to promote work-life balance.

You will manage the full claims lifecycle for domestic and commercial lines, handle motor and non-motor claims, liaise with clients, insurers, assessors and loss adjusters, and ensure accurate, compliant records.

• RE5 qualification is essential

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full claims process from initial notification through to final settlement.
