Job summary

Morton Moore Pty Ltd is recruiting a Claims Specialist to handle commercial and personal lines claims from registration through finalisation. The role is office-based in Kloof, requiring FAIS qualification, RE5, and 5+ years of claims experience.

You will liaise with clients, insurers and assessors, review policies, and negotiate settlements while ensuring strict deadlines and regulatory compliance. Salary is R25,000–R30,000 CTC per month, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in personal and commercial lines claims.
• FAIS qualified in both personal and commercial lines with RE5 completed.
• Strong administration and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Our client is offering a salary of R25,000 – R30,000 per month CTC, depending on experience.
