Pace Car Rental is seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Administrator to join our dynamic Claims Department. You will evaluate and process claims for damages, losses, and liabilities, ensuring accurate records and timely resolutions.

The role requires strong negotiation skills and attention to detail to maximize recoveries. With 5+ years of claims experience, multilingual ability, and an understanding of insurance recoveries, you will collaborate across departments and mentor junior team

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years in claims administration, preferably recoveries.
• Multilingual proficiency; English at minimum.
• Legal background or insurance recoveries experience advantageous.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex claims.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail.

Senior Claims Administrator

Pace Car Rental, a leading name in the car rental industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claims Administrator to join our dynamic Claims Department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the claims recovery process, ensuring efficient resolution and maximum reimbursement for damages incurred.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Evaluate and process claims for damages, losses, and liabilities incurred by Pace Car Rental.
2. Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to gather necessary information and documentation for claims processing.
3. Negotiate settlements and pursue recovery from responsible parties, including insurance companies, individuals, and businesses.
4. Maintain accurate records of claim activities, correspondence, and settlements.
5. Provide guidance and support to junior claims administrators as needed.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims administration, preferably in a recoveries department.
2. Multilingual proficiency (additional languages beyond English preferred).
3. Advantageous to have a background in law or experience working in a firm specializing in insurance recoveries.
4. Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex claim scenarios.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
7. Proficiency in relevant computer applications and claim management systems.
