Job summary

M-Sure Division, part of the Motus Group, is seeking a qualified Claims Administrator in Johannesburg to join a dynamic claims team. You will handle administration of claims, verify policy details and liaise with banks and clients.

The ideal candidate has Matric, 1–2 years admin experience in insurance or banking, strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, deadline-driven approach. Crim and credit checks apply.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• 1–2 years administrative experience in Insurance/ banking (vehicle and asset finance) industry.
• Knowledge of the Insurance and banking sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administration of claims.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mailbox.
• Verifying policy details and supplying Banks/ clients with information on request; claim intimation.
• Admin duties related to claims registration and claim distribution.
• Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times.
• Liaising with all internal divisions and providing information to necessary parties.
• Verify claims documentation to mitigate risk.
• Assisting other teams when the job requires it.

M-Sure is seeking to employ a qualified and experienced Claims Administrator. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and highly skilled Claims Team.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Claims Team Leader.

DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administration of claims
• Handling incoming and outgoing mailbox
• Verifying policy details and supplying Banks/ clients with information on request; claim intimation
• Admin duties related to claims registration and claim distribution
• Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times
• Liaising with all internal divisions and providing info to necessary parties
• Verify claims documentation to mitigate risk
• Assisting other teams when the job requires it

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Minimum Knowledge of the Insurance and banking (vehicle and asset finance) Industry experience
• 1 – 2 years administrative experience (Advantageous)
