Formación

• 10+ years in strategic planning and general management.
• Experience in banking operations and product sets.
• Proven track record leading strategic projects.
• Ability to influence senior executives.

Responsabilidades

• Plan target segments and CVPs aligned to market response.
• Assess feasibility and benefits of CVP changes.
• Plan investments for SVP implementations and optimisations.
• Drive cross-unit collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Measure KPIs and ensure alignment with BU strategy.
• Lead change management for cluster transformation.
• Build high-performing teams and mentor staff.
