Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of retail banking leadership with proven strategic execution.
• Deep knowledge of retail banking products, operations, digital channels, and customer relationship management.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven track record driving growth and innovation in Banking & Finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic plan for the retail banking division to drive growth.
• Oversee deposits, loans and digital banking solutions.
• Lead and develop regional managers and staff.
• Enhance customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction across channels.
• Manage budget, P&L, and risk to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify market trends and competitive threats to maintain leadership.
