Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• MBA preferred for senior leadership role.
• 10+ years in retail banking operations management.
• Proven track record leading large operational teams and complex processes.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products, services, and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent strategic planning, leadership and change management skills.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all aspects of retail banking operations, including branches, support and back-office.
• Develop and execute strategic operational plans to achieve business objectives and profitability.
• Implement and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, policies and risk management.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends and take corrective actions as needed.
