You will define and execute the digital strategy across all insurance offerings, driving transformation of platforms, products, and customer experiences to fuel engagement and growth.

The role requires extensive InsurTech expertise and a record of large‑scale digital initiatives in insurance or financial services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital strategy, product management, or senior leadership roles with a focus on digital transformation.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products/services in financial services or insurance.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and remote/team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for the insurance business, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative digital insurance products and services.
• Oversee management of digital channels (web, mobile apps, social media).
• Drive adoption of AI, ML, and data analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, underwriting, and claims to ensure seamless digital integration.
• Manage a team of digital product managers, designers, and developers.
